LEAK TESTING (LT)
Leak testing using the bubble method involves applying a foaming agent to the joint being tested and then applying a vacuum suction cup. Using a pump, we create a negative pressure between the suction cup and the tested material. If there is any leakage, it is visualized on the joint by the appearance of gas bubbles in the place of leakage. Most often, this type of tests are performed on tanks made in accordance with PN EN 14015.
The laboratory is accredited to the PN EN 1593:2004 standard regarding tightness testing – bubble test issued by the Polish Center for Accreditation.
